I've set CalculateOnBarClose = false and assigned three variables values from within the OnBarUpdate() and I'm using real-time data on a one minute chart.

CalculateOnBarClose = false;
}

OnBarUpdate()
{

double ask = GetCurrentAsk();
double last = Close[0];

Plot0.Set(bid);
Plot1.Set(ask);
Plot2.Set(last);

my indicator is updating each minute, i thought that by CalculateOnBarClose = false it would update with each incoming tick?

Yes, CalculateOnBarClose = false means that your script is calculated with every tick. On which data provider / instrument are you running this on?

Thanks. I'm not sure why your script would work differently than the same one run here. What version of NinjaTrader are you using? Do you have the same issue with the default indicator scripts? Try applying SMA(1) and setting COBC = false. Do you get real time tick by tick updating that matches the close price?
