Calculate on bar close = false but only signal on close of bar

I have an indicator that I need to run with COBC = false but want the indicator to only signal once and preferably on bar close.
Can someone point me to an example.
I did a quick look and did not find exactly what i was looking for.

Not exactly what I was looking for.
I was looking for an example that shows how to calculate a value on the close of the bar with COBC set to false.

i.e. I want to be able to see my indicator update at the tick level but have another part of the indicator assign a separate value at the close of the bar.

Does this make sense?

I can add the indicator twice with one COBC - true and the other false but I was hoping to find a more elegant solution.

Usr FirstTickOfBar, with your reference index set to [1], the bar that just closed, as the FirstTickOfBar is what signals the close of the previous bar.
