On an ADX indicator I would like to signal with an appropriate marker each bar whose value is less than the preceding bar whose value is greater than the bar preceding it (e.g., V1>V2 AND V<V1). Is a NinjaTrader script available that could be easily tweaked to meet this relatively simple need? Thank you.

I'm not aware of a script that does exactly this. Source code is available for all system indicators through Tools > Edit NinjaScript > Indicator screen. You can save a copy by right clicking > Save As and provide a new name. You're then free to make any edits you like.
