Metadata file 'dll_name' could not be found

Hello,
when i compile the indicator an error occured type CS20006.
MSDN error codes :
Metadata file 'dll_name' could not be found
The program was compiled and explicitly passed the name of a file that contained metadata; however, the .dll was not found.

but there is no more to expand, only that one line.
I've looked at the Microsoft/MSDN error section and that is the explanation:
Metadata file 'dll_name' could not be found
The program was compiled and explicitly passed the name of a file that contained metadata

MS Visual is not installed on my laptop.

If you right click in the code and select then 'References' > 'Add' - please check the reference dll's shown there and also readd them fresh to this list and recheck, this normally fixes corrupted references which you're also likely running into.

i readded on luck one and deleted the old one and SOLVED.
