can't import indicator

Hi. I can't import indicator, there's an error::

"Import faliled. Ninjascript archive file may contain dublicate names..."
Somebody adviced to remove all indicators first.
But I don't have "Edit" option in tools menu.

What has to be done?

Berych,

You probably have the direct edition, as such you don't have access to Ninjascript development. You can, however, enter simulation mode and access these options by copying your current license key from Help > License key somewhere, then register for a sim key at http://www.ninjatrader.com/download-registration.php and then enter it there.

Then you should be able to use the "edit" function.

However, you could also send the indicator to support at ninjatrader dot com and we can have a look at it for you.

I've cnanged license of Ninjatrader and now have "edit function". But I can't remove any indicator from the list. I receive message: "You can't remove system indicators" or smth like that. Script (indicator) still can't be imported (same error)

You cannot remove indicators that come default with the platform, only custom indicators you have imported. System indicators show up with a lock on their icon in the "Edit Indicator" menu. What is the name of the indicator you are trying to import? If you prefer, you can send the indicator to support at ninjatrader dot com and we can look into your issue.
