60 Minute Wedge

I'm looking to code an indicator that from 5:00am-3:00pm will check every 2 hours for an hourly inside bar. If this is the case then I'm looking to draw automatically trend lines(ray) from the first hour high to the lower second hour high and a line from the first hour low to the higher 2nd hour low(forming a wedge,triangle) Once this happens I want it to stay until another 2 hours of time(even if there is overlap) creates the same situation at which this will be deleted and the new triangle will show.
Now with this known can someone help me out either with the code or what I may need to put this together? If someone knows how to do this or has already done this can post it I would really appreciate it.
