Time or Percent to bar completion

Does anyone know of a method to determine when a 1 or 2 min or any time bar for that matter is about to expire? I invision something similar to the tic or volume counters that are available. Any help or comments??

Have you tried the indicator called "BarTimer" that is included within NinjaTrader.

I especially would appreicate a method of BarTimer so I can determine percent of bar complete.
