Volume Threshold alert?

Hi - I am looking for an indicator that will sound an alert when volume exceeds a given percentage above its nearest neighbors (for instance a volume bar is 300% of an MA of volume). If anyone can direct me to such an indicator, I would be very grateful.

This indicator could be programmed, however I'm unaware of one programmed already that is available.

Thanks Brett. I'm curious why you guys decided not to include any alerts like this or something similar in your stock indicators? Is it because it would be difficult to program? Or you didn't think anyone would want it? Any insight you can offer will be helpful. Thanks!

It is a feature on our suggestion list that our development team is looking into possibly adding this feature in a future version of NinjaTrader.
