Access a Previous day/day(s) bar value

is it possible to access a previous days value of the same bar?

example.

Say Minute bars are being used and the current bar is 8:15am
I want to access yesterdays volume value at 8:15am

Is there a simple way of achieveing this?

If so what about the days prior to yesterday e.g. 1 week previous.

Yes, this would be possible and very easy to do given you know the exact time of the value in bar you are looking for.
