How to draw labels on custom plots

I have an indicator that plots a signal line in a separate data box below my futures chart (Overlay = false). In some instances I would like to show a label on that plot. I tried to use DrawText but that call places the label on my futures chart panel, not the indicator panel. How can I draw text on my indicator's separate panel?

DrawOnPricePanel = false;
