PlotColors

Hello Support,

I see PlotColors in NT7 helpguide, it is not available on NT6 before.
It is interesting that we can control plot color bar by bar. So if I have four plots of one variable output now with just different colour setting (like Rising or Falling, above and below 0), I can save three plots memory by just manipulating PlotColors ?
How much memory could I save?
So if we want to use the indicator output condition in other indicators or strategy we may need to check its color?
Is PlotStyle or Pen control available bar by bar?

Hi Edward, correct you could do the same now with less plots by changing the color as needed on each bar index - it's hard to approximate RAM savings, but combined with the default lookback of 256 data points we feel it's a strong step forward on optimizing efficiency.

You should be able to access the plot color series from other scripts as well.
