Disparity Index for NT?

Edit: Found a version for 6.5. Works fine with 7.

I have found an indicator called the Disparity Index. The calculation is:
[ C - Mov(C,X,MA ) ] / [ Mov(C,X,MA) * 100 ]
Where X is the number of time periods
MA is the calculation type of the moving average.
I think this is meta trader or meta stock code. If someone could conver this it would be appreciated. Also, if a zero line color change could be included that would be great.
