Hull Moving Average changes color

To any of the programmers out there, I am a bit new to the forum so I hope this post gets to the right place. The question I have concerns the Hull Moving Average. Is there any way to program the current indicator to change color automatically as it moves along with price in a similar fashion as the Trigger Lines do? The ability to do so already exists in both Trade Station and E-Signal. This would create a nice visual confirmation aide to a trade opportunity, and I have no idea how to do this on my own, or I would. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi TGWild,

It is possible, but you will have to make your own custom indicator to do so. Please check out this reference sample that does it for the SMA.

You can just change the SMA to HMA and then you will be good to go.

HMA Color Change

Thanks for the response sbgtrading. Sorry I did not get back to you sooner. I may just do that, if you are still willing. There some parameters with this that I will need to discuss with you one way or another. The main thing is that I need it to change color when the Hull starts to move upward or downward, not when price passes through it. It would be based more on angle or slope and not price closing above or below the Hull. Let me get a few things taken care of on my end with some personnal health issues, and I'll shoot you another message. Thanks again. Also, if you can, let me know if you charge and how much to program it in Ninja. As long as it is reasonable, I'll be willing to pay you. Take care. I'll get back to you soon.
