Get chart Background color

I would like my price chart indicator line to 'dissappear' on certain bars. Is there a method to 'getChartBackgroundColor' that I could then assign to my plot color on those bars? Any help appreciated.

Thank you for your post.

There is a color that you can use to make a plot or bar invisible. It's Color.Transparent, setting the line/bar to this color will hide it regardless of the chart's background color.

For example in your OnBarUpdate():

BarColor = Color.Transparent;
CandleOutlineColor = Color.Transparent; // hide wicks on candlesticks, too!
