Failed to restore indicator

I just released an indicator to a client and I have the following message :

"Failed to restore indicator......Most likely the implementation change or ........"

Furthermore the indicators before downloading my custom indicator as well as my custom indicator are not seen anywhere in the indicator window...

Do you have an idea what it could be ?
I have installed this indicator on a few more computers without this problem.

I am also including templates with the indicator.

blar, first try without sending the templates, as those could be creating the error. If that works fine, you can then pull the .cs file out of the archive and then place that file into the My Documents/NinjaTrader 7/bin/custom/indicator folder and then try compiling and you will see what the error is in your script.
