How to output 1 or 0 for the semicup indicator?

I have the semicup indicator from the link:www.ninjatrader.com/SC/April2011SC.zip.
I want to use the market analyzer to filter if it is in semicup. in column,1 represents true,0 represents false.anybody code it to help me on it?thanks.
