Access Chart Title or indicator string applied to chart in script

Does anyone know if it's possible to access either:

(a) The Chart Title
(example: SPY (Renko 2) 4-11-2011)

-or-

(b) The text representing the indicators applied to a chart panel.
(example: RSI(SPY (Renko 2))

in the indicators script?

Any help would be much appreciated.
