Install new indicator

Hi,

I new with NT7 and want to use the D3Spotter. How do I use/install it?

I tried this:

To Import
1. Download the attached file to your desktop
2. From the Control Center window select the menu File > Utilities > Import NinjaScript
3. Select the downloaded file

I receive the message:

"You have a custom NinjaScript files on your PC that have programming errors. These errors must be resolved before you can import a NinjaScript Archive file."

If you can post a screenshot of the error message you're getting within the compiler, we can provide next steps.

To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.

I have fix the problem now. I did delete a custom indicator.

I downloaded the indicator d3 spotter and its a big RAR file with several of indicators in it. Shall I import the whole rar file or just the D3SpotterV2.cs file?

The file you linked is a .zip file, although you may have Winrar configured to open this type of file.

The instructions for import are in your first post you made in this thread.

In the instructions it says I should choose the RAR/ZIP file when I import the indicator. When I do this I got several of messages asking if I want to replace other indicators. Should I replace those?

You would want to replace them if the script relies on the exact files / file contents to be present - if you questions for system indicators (starting with @) this should not be needed.

I did not replace the @ indicators and after those pop-up messages I receive this:

Imported faild. The NijaScript Archive File may contain duplicate method names that already exist on your PC or there is a required file missing on either you PC or in the import archive.

I believe you linked the version 6.5 files. I checked the V7 section and there is one with the same name, which may work better for you:
