Error: OnBarUpDate cannot be null

With the attached code, it compiles OK, but I'm getting an error message in the Log when I apply it to a chart.

Error on plotting indicator "RiskReward". Please check the "OnBarUpdate" or the "Plot" method. Value cannot be null.

I'm using code from another indicator as a template to create a new RiskReward indicator and have stripped all the code out of the "OnBarUpDate" method. Is that the reason for the message?

Taddypole, on which NT version are you working here? For NT7 there have been code breaking changes working with the unsupported ChartControl / custom Plot methods - http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/f...ad.php?t=21016
