I promise that I am not being snide, but unless you are saying that the ONLY one whose help you want is ETFVoyageur, why are you even posting here? I am reasonably certain that the NT staff will at best point you to other consultants, rather than code this for you exclusively.
There are many great coders on these fora, who give away their code (I am not one of the great coders), and I am sure that they might be willing to code this, if only for the challenge. Moreover, the point of these fora is free/donated code. That is why NT will not even let developers post protected code in the code-sharing section: all code must show the source directly in the file.
Forgive me if this post offends you, but I was just too curious not to ask.
