Could we please make the Indicators dialog non-modal?

It is amazing how often I have the indicators dialog up and then want to do something else without first taking it down. Very annoying.

One example is editing a source file, based on what I see in the indicators dialog.

Another example is clicking "Apply" and then wanting to check how I like what the change I just made works with the chart. That means I need the crosshair cursor to be live over the chart.

Could we please just fix the Indicators dialog to be non-modal?
