MACD Histogram

I only wanted the Diff part of the histogram on my chart, because it saves space and i am not looking at the two other lines.

Fortunately there was already a description of how to do this here, thanks to Josh and gdargento. It's exactly the same indicator except for the macd and the avg line.

Guessing: Setting Color= Transparent for the superfluous plots probably would have served the same purpose.

Unfortunately it merely set the lines to transparent but since they were still "plotted" the chart had to be scaled.
