Request for KDJ Indicator

I was wondering if anyone could code the KDJ indicator. It's a modified form of the Stochastics KD Indicator with an additional J line. It works like a dream, and I'm hoping someone could help me code it. The calculations are as laid out in the webpage below. Any help would be very much appreciated, and I will post backtested results based on a strategy which uses KDJ on a 15 min chart as one of its coer indicators.

This has been already coded for NinjaTrader. I need to check the source.

I have just found the source of the KDJ indicator. It is available on Big Mike's forum since February 2012.
