Bars.PercentComplete Histogram

I am building a simple histogram of how complete ticks bars are on a percentage basis.

I am using:

percentComplete = Bars.PercentComplete * 100;

When I apply it to a chart it returns the current bar value for all past bars and then starts calculating correctly for realtime. How can I force the indicator to return 100% for bars that are existing when it is applied to the chart?
