    Vwap

    Platform NT 7.0.0.23

I like the NT7 VWAP indicator...(I believe it was coded by one of the Ninja Support team). I have tried to use it on a chart, with a desired period of 17:00 thru 17:00 (instead of midnight to midnight or one of the 'session' parameters). For some reason I can not make it work. The indicator doesn't seem to like running from 5pm one day, over midnight, and then into the next day on the same session.

Any guidance would be much appreciated....

I just downloaded the hwap indicator to my NT 700.23. The orange line (vwap line) is not showing. is it a NT7 related issue? Unfortunately, I don't know NT scripting to debug the problem

          Hello eaonent,

          Welcome to the NinjaTrader forums!

One thing you should do is upgrade to latest NinjaTrader 7 production release here.

Best is to contact the author of indicator directly for support with it.

Thx Ryan. Just got the email about the NT7 prod release. Congrats! I will download it later on today. As for the vwap line missing problem on 700.23, it went away after I removed/re-added other indicators on the same chart. it is now working fine. thx!

              more than 24 hours

Does anybody know whether this hVWAP indicator can calculate and show more than 24h? In the script there is DateTime with Y/M/D/hh/mm/ss as arguments. Thanks very much in advance.

Currently hVWAP spans a maximum of 24 hours for calculations. As currently coded, it also only works on intraday charts.
