Hello, how can I draw text on a chart so that it always appears on the left side of the chart, no matter what the timeframe? Is this possible?

Is there a "DrawArrowFixed" so that I can draw an arrow on a certain horizontal line, or is that what drawarrowline does?

Unfortunately there is no DrawArrowFixed. You would need to use DrawArrow() or DrawArrowLine().
