last tick of the bar

Hello

In NT 7, in indicator, Is there a way to get a call when the bar is completed but at the same time to have CalculateOnBarClose = false. The idea is to get called only once per bar (preferably at the end) but at the same time be able to check the current value of the bar while it is being updated each tick.
