How to add alert to Swing indicator

Hi,

Using NinjaTrader 6.5.1000.18

I just exported teh Swing indicator and reimported and compiled with name myswing so that I can edit. I'm looking at some other indicators that have alert so I can try to add to myswing, but I'm a bit lost.
Some other ones have under region variables:
private bool soundAlert = true;
private string myAlert1 = "Alert1.wav";

But they also have in other places and this is where I'm not sure where to add the sound alert.

All I'm trying to do is play a sound alert every time it plots something in the Chart or plots the swing highs and lows.

Is there any chance someone could help me with it?

Hi John,

To make a copy of a system indicator: Click Tools > Edit NinjaScript > Indicator > Double click Swing.

Within the editor > Right Click and select Save as.

There is no need to export and reimport.

Swing is a little different than other indicators because it requires future bars to plot. Please see here for a recent discussion on using this indicator programatically:
