I'm using Ninja 7.0.0.22 beta and I noticed the stochastics indicator is set by default to autoscale. Unfortunately, that means the vertical perspective of the stochastics indicator is constantly changing - something that I do not want. The stochastics scale is a fixed scale between 1 and 100 and it should not automatically change perspective as the indicator values change. The only time the perspective should change is when the vertical axis of the entire chart is modified. There is a default property of the stochastics indicator for autoscale. But this property is greyed out and cannot be modified from the properties dialog. Can this issue be fixed or is it possible to create a stochastics indicator with a fixed vertical axis from 1 to 100 that does not change as the indicator values change? Thanks.

Hello TimeFreedom,
Autoscale will be greyed out if there is only indicator in a panel. The software must choose at least one plot to base its automatic scale from. If you add another indicator then you can adjust this property.
You can set the panel as a fixed scale by right clicking in the vertical (price) axis > Properties > changing Range to fixed.Last edited by NinjaTrader_RyanM1; 10-20-2010, 08:44 AM.Ryan M.NinjaTrader Customer Service

Thanks.
Thanks Ryan, I just figured that out and was coming back here to post it. You beat me to it. Again, thanks.
