volatility and movement of an instrument

I am looking for an indicator that would display the average movement/volatility of an instrument at at each hour/minute throughout the day (avg of past X days) ...do you guys happen to know of such thing within or out of NT? any help would be greatly appreciated.

yeh, i figured I was gonna have to do it myself. another question, I have put up numerous quotes and you guys keep deleting them without any kind of reply to me. Can you please tell me why is de m ark such a secretive matter? why has all the info on his indicators vanished from your site? should I assume it is a legal issue and just stop asking?
