Public var not updating...

I assign the vars here and when I include a print statement the values are good.

            if (Input[0] >= L10[0] && Input[0] <= O[0])
            {
                currentChannelLower = L10[0];
                currentChannelUpper = O[0];
            }

But when I expose the vars they return "0"

        public double CurrentChannelLower
        {
            get {return currentChannelLower; }
        }

What am I missing?

You will likely need to include the Update() in the public delcaration, according to this sample:
Exposing indicator values that are not plots

public double ExposedVariable
{
// We need to call the Update() method to ensure our exposed variable is in up-to-date.
get { Update(); return exposedVariable; }
}
