add() real time data only

Hi, I'm trying to load only real time data so the historical data request error pop up box doesn't appear "Error on loading chart data for xxx. No historical market data for xxx."
How can I prevent it from loading historical data?

This is the code I'm using to load the real time declining issues
Add("^ADD", PeriodType.Minute, 1, MarketDataType.Ask);

Hello frizshizzle,

You will not likely be able to control the historical data requests through code here. When adding series, it's required that they are in the Initialize() method. It then requests data after this method runs.

You may have to disable historical data at the connection level for this. Click Tools Account Connections > Highlight the connection and click change > Advance through the wizard and click Disabled for the Historical data option.

Thanks maybe someone can add a method in the future so historical data requests can be disabled so that popup doesn't show up or a way to disable the popup.
