I'm not sure I follow you - you would just use BarColor then to paint your bar as needed on your conditions, there's no series here for 6.5 unfortunately.

When we are operating tick by tick on some codes, but we are computing & updating the signals on COBC basis, we will use FirstTickOfBar while calculating for BarsAgo = 1.

Edward, as there's no BarColorSeries in NT 6.5 you could unfortunately not use BarColor then to plot the last with with index [1]. As a workaround you could look into a custom drawing outlining the candle for example.
