MA cross indicator

If you use BarColor and BackColor it will change the color on the bar for that your condition triggers - if you like to change all bars in retrospective for example try working with NT7 PlotColors and BackColor series -

Is there any scope of combining both MACD & MAs in one indicator?

Say for instance I want to include MACD in my MACross indicator and make the respective arrows to appear when both cross at a specific instance!!!

How would I add a user input for a 'buffer amount' on this indicator. For example if I define a valid macross as when the fast ma crosses the slow ma by 'X' ticks.

This would require you to go in and custom edit the indicator and create the parameter. After you create the parameter you would need to amend the logic of the indicator to take advantage of that parameter. Couldn't lyndsayf use the MA's Offset parameter to accomplish this? This could even be done using the Strategy Wizard if I correctly understand what the offset is.
