Creating a Template

Would a professional programmer conversant with the NinjaTrader programming language be available to create a template that would include the following requirements:

1. Color price bars (green, red, black) and place colored arrows (green, red) below or above price bars when certain conditions are met.

2. Display custom price calculations on left panel of chart and/or under top menu of chart.


Your assistance is most appreciated. I am willing to pay a reasonable charge for the services rendered.
