    High[x] doesn't respond in Indicator

    I am working on an indicator that uses logic based on the highs of prior price bars ...
    In the OnBarUpdate() method I have the following code...

    The first draw command based on Close works fine. I then proceed to try to use High. Neither the Print command to the output window, nor the DrawArrowDown command work. I tried commenting one or the other out - and it does not work. Keeping either in results in the DrawDiamond not working either - I am clearly confused!!

    Please help
    Rob

    ------------------
    if
    (CrossAbove(Close, SMA(20), 1))
    {
    /
    DrawDiamond("Up Diamond" + CurrentBar, 0, SMA(20)[0], Color.Blue);
    }

    if ( High[2] > High[3])
    Print(
    "Two greater than three");

    if ( High[2] > High[3])
    DrawArrowDown(CurrentBar.ToString(),
    true, 0, High[0] + TickSize, Color.Blue);
