Using Strategy Wizard to develope Indicator on Indicator

The strategy wizard seems more powerful and useful to use to develope indicators using indicator on indicator. The indicator wizard requires coding work to complete but the strategy wizard doesn't. After I create a strategy that simply paints a diamond on the bar if multiple indicators do something, how can I modify the code to turn it into an indicator that shows in the indicator dropdown menu rather than a strategy that I have to turn on every time I use chart trader?

Hi Mark,

This is unfortuntately not possible. The Indicator Wizard provides the function of setting up the overall indicator's high level parameters, the user must then program it themselves as you have found out. I will add to our list of future possible enhancements to provide more wizard functionality for indicator construction.

Can I edit or remove some code to turn my strategy into an indicator?

Theoretically yes but unfortunately practically not. It would be easier to start a new indicator from scratch.
