Indicator with plots on chart and separated

This was explaining that this would have not been fixed in NT7 but rather submitted for a future version of NinjaTrader to directly answer the question of if this was fixed in NT7.

From a single indicator this is still not possible. This was forwarded as a feature request for future versions of NinjaTrader. If this was updated it would be released with NinjaTrader 8.

Currently the only way to really plot multiple panels would be using a strategy and a custom indicator. We have an example on this located here: http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/f...ead.php?t=6651

This example shows how to specify a panelUI for each indicator which would essentially allow you to plot multiple panels from a single script.

As I read in the introduction PDF of NT8, multi- panel plotting from a single indicator is surely possible in NT8. ???

That is, have you provided the ability to plot on the main price panel AND/OR another panel from within the same script using only one indicator

Would you please discuss with the development team that this could be incorporated? As an example, instead of driving 1 indicator this limitation might require driving 6 or more indicators on 1 chart. I can understand (?) not being able to graph to price && another panel: being able to plot to specific multiple non-price panels would be extremely cpu and memory friendly in my uses, and likely many other designs.

Is possible to create a custom indicator with some plots outside the price panel (as RSI; ATR,..) and another plot drawn in the price panel (as SMI)? I mean all in the same indicator
