You must not have read what I wrote, so I will repeat it. It is in the nature of infinite impulse response filters to be sensitive to the initial conditions, but they will converge to similar values after enough bars have passed.

Showing me a comparison after 20 bars, when I have already told you that it could take as many as 100 bars or more to see a convergence is apropos of nothing.

Coding is one of my businesses. I have read the code, and know what it does, It is rather simple code as a matter of fact. It does not matter how many charts you show me: the code does not lie. To get similar results, you will need the underlying oscillator to be identical, with identical parameters, and the data set to be identical, starting with the exact same values at the exact same time. If those conditions are satisfied, then even with different initialization procedures, EMA values will ultimately converge, given enough bars.

I kind of get what you saying, but I do not understand as to why this indicator on other platforms starts giving you the right signals right away yet on NT you have to wait for x amount of bars to pass before it can be used which on longer times frames it could take weeks before it has any usefulness. When it finally starts working properly the bars are the same as MT4.
