Welcome to our forums here - in NinjaTrader 6.5 they are unfortunately not available, however we have added this chart style to our NT 7 beta version -

To view line break charts in NinjaTrader 7:
Right Click on your chart > DataSeries.
Select a series and change type to LineBreak.

Please clarify what exactly you are looking for. What is Line Breaks Bar Count? If you are just looking for something to show you how many bars are on the chart you will want to looking into making a custom indicator that does so.
