Why I don't have edit ninjascript menu from the tools

I have live connection and use the free version. If that is the reason, is that mean I can't use the custom indicators? Thanks.

jimmyye, with the version you have, you can use custom indicators, but you cannot edit them.

Did the custom indicators come with directions for use? The best way to distribute indicators is in zip files that can be imported into NT:

Usually the .cs files go in Documents>ninjatrader 6.5>bin>custom>indicator.
