look up current viewport height

How does one program an indicator to look up the current viewport height?

I'm having some issues with an indicator where several rows of text are either too close together or too far apart. To solve it I would like to set the spacing between the text rows as a percent of the current viewport height, rather than as a fixed number of points or ticks.

Similar Question - TickSize and Text Placement?

This might be along the same lines, so I will ask it here.

I am displaying text right above and below the High and Low of a bar. However, because I don't know what chart an end-user is using, the only way I know to add some space is to come up with a ticksize formula (like High[0] + (TickSize * 2). However, because the ticksize is different depending on the chart, this is not working well.

Do you have a different way to display text above and below the bar that is consistent?

If not, I would ask that you consider a call for displaying text above and below a bar, and also what this gentlemen asked too (as far as the viewpoint.) In fact, I would like to see the viewpoint as a grid so we can place stuff on the X-Y of the viewport.

Just a thought! If you have any advice about placing text above and below a bar other than what I am doing, I would appreciate it!
