Displacement indicator problem

Have an indiactor which plots a displaced SMA.
It is based on the code in this thread:

The problem is that a strategy does not seem to be seeing this displaced indicator.

The result is that all entries are long, regardless of their position on the charts.

Any way to remedy this ?

Displacing it is a visual property only when you do it that way. You need to actually change the values of your calculation for the indicator code if you want to access it with a displacement. Otherwise, just use [] that are displaced instead of [0].
