mathematical calculations

Pardon my programming shortcomings, but I am trying to finish up creating a new custom indicator. The last calculation I want to make looks something like this:

s = (a vector of values previously calculated);

Indicator[0] = -sum(s.*log2(s));

I think I have everything set up to this point by using the System.Math calls. I'm just unsure how to script this last part. Any insight would be veyr much appreciated.

Dwayne, I'm not sure I follow - are you trying to setup recursive calculations like for example in the EMA -
