get high and closes during a multi timeframe indicator

sometimes durign the logic i want to access the HIgh value of the 30 min bar and compare it agaist the low value of the 5 minute bar.

for eg. i am comparing the 30 minute bars prev high with the current lows of 5 minute bar.
can i do HIghs[1][1]>=Lows[2][0]. is this correct.
