timeframe of bar

Apologies if this question has been previously asked but I tried doing a search and wasn't able to figure out the proper keywords to find the info that I'm looking for.

For a particular bar, what is the timeframe of the bar?

For example, if I'm looking at the 9:23am 1 min bar on NT, what information does it contain? All the ticks from
a) 9:22:00.000 to 9:22:59.999, or
b) 9:23:00.000 to 9:23:59.999 or
c) 9:22:00.001 to 9:23:00.000
or something else?

A bar with the time stamp of 9:23 will contain all trade information from a) 9:22:00.000 to 9:22:59.999
