any way to use 24hr time in alert window?

Hi, my alert window shows AM/PM style time but my charts show 24 hr...

is there a way to either:

1) show 24 in alert window

or

2) show am/pm in chart window?

ok as a suggestion, scratch #2... nobody wants am/pm in a chart window.

But ability to set 24hr time in alert window would be great since it will be the same time display as the chart.
