Indicator for time of day zones on a chart

Hello,

Is there an indicator for time-of-day, that would color the time zone on the chart with a background color...?

For example....say you always wanted to take a break between 1:00 and 2:00 but you need a reminder to not trade then. If the that time on the chart were colored it would be a visual indicator to get away from the screen.

It would be good if you could define multiple time zones in a day, and label them on the chart.
