Need An Indicator to Plot Line a % off Previous Close

Does anyone have or know if this exists? I am looking for an indicator which will plot lines on the chart at a % off the previous close.

For example, if the previous close was 10$ I can put in a variable of 5% aboce te close price and 5% below the close price and it will plot these lines on the current days chart.

Any help is appreciated if this is already available with NT or someone already coded it..

Thanks for the help, I have been undable to find it... should be easy to program but I have Zero programing skills in any type of C++
