Indicator Which Adds/Subtracts Ticks from high or low

I haven't been able to find an indicator in NT to do this and I'm not a programmer so I'm hoping someone would be willing to help. Basically what I want is an indicator which would allow the user to specify the number of ticks to subtract from the high and add to the low of the current bar and then plot that on the price chart. Thanks for response ThatMan. It may be important for you to know that I use range bars for charting. Once a new range bar opens my buy entry will always be 7 ticks above the intrabar low. My sell entry will always be 7 ticks below the intrabar high. I simply want an indicator that each time a bar opens will plot a dot/line 7 ticks above the intrabar low and 7 ticks below the intrabar high. Of course I would like to be able to specify the number of ticks above/below. Thanks for any help you can provide.
